From the outset, his objective was clear: to bring together a team of talented professionals to support organizations in the construction sector with rigor, humanity and expertise.



With his experience in labor relations, human resources, and team management, Roch-André has a deep understanding of the operational and human challenges faced by businesses. A graduate of the Bachelor of Human Resources and Industrial Relations program in May 2025, Kassia specializes in human resources management, with expertise in staffing and talent acquisition. Driven by a rigorous and strategic approach, she aims to optimize recruitment processes and effectively support organizational needs. Recognized for her professionalism, charisma, and dedication, Kassia is committed to contributing to team development and the achievement of organizational objectives through quality and collaborative human resources management.

Currently completing his DEC in Management, he will soon pursue his studies in Business Administration at HEC Montréal. A former high-level athlete with a passion for financial optimization and mathematics, he stands out for his perfectionism, analytical mind, and natural leadership.
